COACHING AGREEMENT and TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please take the time to fully read this document. I promise you will get so much more out of your coaching sessions and it’s important that we are on the same page when working together as Alchemy Coach and Mentor (me) and Academy Client/Student (you).

RESPONSIBILITY

• Your Coach will do everything possible to support you in achieving your own results and desired outcomes.

• You are responsible for the cause of all change in your life.

• Your Coach will work with you to identify solutions and offer suggestions, options, and advice, based on their own personal experience, training, as well as any information that is appropriate to your unique situation.

• You accept full responsibility for all decisions and courses of action.

• You as the Client, by signing this Coaching Agreement, agree and acknowledge that the Coach is not a licensed investment advisor, real estate agent, accountant, finance, health or legal professional.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Your coach will not divulge that you are in a coaching relationship without your express consent. Your coach will also maintain that confidentiality indefinitely and will not discuss any of what has been shared during a session without express consent. You, of course, are free to discuss the coaching relationship with anyone at anytime.

SCHEDULING

All coaching sessions are scheduled in advance by direct agreement between you and your coach. If for any reason you cannot attend a scheduled coaching session, you are fully responsible for informing your coach and arranging an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the session will be deemed forfeit. You are responsible for rescheduling by phone or by contact (and receive reply) through email.

Action Steps are assigned to assist in moving you closer to you goals and help you achieve your desired results.

FREE EXTRA TIME

There is no extra charge for brief 15 minute calls in between your scheduled sessions, whether to discuss a quick issue or concern or share an awesome Win! Your coach provides this additional service free of charge to enhance your coaching experience and help you get your desired results.

FREE EMAIL ACCESS

Your coach is available during the week via email to share wins, seek clarity on specific actions, or to review minor issues. Again, there is no charge for any of the brief email correspondence.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Important information about your purchase. Please read below. These are an important part of your agreement with The Sacred Business Alchemist Academy.

If you wish to cancel the agreement and payments within 5 business days of the date indicated, you may do so for a full 100% refund of any monies paid less the cost of any products delivered. This refund is only available if services have not commenced in any way rendering any refund void.

NOTICE OF CANCELLATION

All notice of cancellation must be in writing and delivered by mail or email to creativeoffice@mac.com. Cancellation notice will be deemed on the date in which the cancellation is received by The Sacred Business Academy. No refunds, credits or transfers available for no-shows.

TERMS OF COACHING

The Sacred Business Academy Programs are created and sold as whole packages and cannot be altered or partially completed in any way. If you are enrolled in continuing coaching for a number of sessions, unused sessions due to quitting the program may not be eligible for refund, credit or transfer.

SUSPENSION OF MEMBERSHIP

Is not possible after your program is in progress.

COACHING/PROGRAM CALLS

Calls will be through the Zoom platform and links will be sent via email prior to each scheduled session. If Zoom or internet is unavailable for any reason, telephone calls with your coach during your membership are at the client’s expense, and initiated by the client.

CALL RECORDING

All calls will be recorded and the client will have the opportunity to access these recordings when needed or requested. Any download links will be sent via email as requested within 24-48 hrs after each scheduled session.

PAYMENT PLANS

If any installment payment should default, the client will have seven (7) days to rectify the situation. Any scheduled coaching session(s) will be postponed until payment is received within the 7 days, all discounts and bonuses will be forfeited and full payment will apply. If a client should default on any installment payment, the result may be cancellation from the Academy and the Cancellation Policy will apply. Any credit card decline may result in penalty from our payment processing company in cases of payment default.

PROGRAM CHANGES

The coach reserves the right to change, modify or cancel any programs as considered necessary. Any such change will be made in consultation with the client.

MUTUAL AGREEMENT CANCELLATION

If at any time whether the Client or Coach believe the coaching sessions/program and Agreement are no longer serving the needs of the client, they may initiate a discussion to rectify the situation prior to canceling the program or sessions.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All material relating to any SBA Academy Program is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. All materials may not be recorded, used, or reproduced without the written permission of the owner.

INDEMNIFICATION

You understand that all action taken is performed voluntarily and is your own responsibility. Clients should seek independent professional advice before undertaking any physical, business, or investment actions.

AGREEMENT SECTION

By entering into this Coaching Agreement, either through digitally or physically signing the Coaching Agreement with The Sacred Business Academy (where appropriate) or by paying any amount to your Academy Mentor or Coach, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions as set out above.
