Become Your Best Self and Transform Your Life™ begins with understanding your true value, where your power really comes from, how to manifest what you want (including more money), creating powerful intentions that get you results. Here’s what the System gets you to do and what you will learn:


1. Set Your Intentions

We examine where you are at the moment and get CRYSTAL clear about your intentions, what you want to experience in your personal life and with others. Before you can manifest what you want, you have to KNOW what you want. You’ll learn the

difference between setting goals and intentions, the biggest mistakes people make when trying to apply the law of attraction to their lives, and how you can use the intention process to begin moving forward.


2. Awareness and Mindfulness

Being aware is the first step in taking personal responsibility and control of your life. It helps to deepen our understanding of how we present ourselves to others and what our role is in different situations that come up and try to derail your progress. In this system, mindfulness is the next step after awareness. It’s the active side of awareness. Mindfulness in this context is consciously living or acting on purpose or with purpose.


3. Letting go of Egoic Identifiers

We are many things in our lives, we are mothers, fathers, brothers or sisters. We are teachers, students, assistants, and many others. These are are roles in life but as much as they can help give us stability in society, they are not who we really are. Sometimes the harder we hang on to these roles, the more we get lost in them and in society’s version of what we should be and not who we are meant to be. We will work at letting go of these identifiers so we can truly know who we are at our deepest level.


4. Releasing Fear and Removing Residual Shame and Guilt

Fear is one of the biggest blocks and limitations that we hide behind, consciously or unconsciously. Fears can derail even our best efforts in life and they can cause us to self-sabotage or even give up trying. When that happens, we feel like we’re not moving and we are stuck in an endless cycle. Releasing fear will free us from our own “prison” and allow forward progress. Not only do we get paralyzed by Fear but I have noticed that most of us also struggle with the residual and sometimes active effects of shame to some degree and we tend to carry needless guilt. We will work on different practices to help release the effects of these emotions.


5. Removing the distraction of “the story”

This is a big one for many, including myself. When we get stuck in the story of “why”, “how”, “they did this…”, ect… we lose sight of what we are really feeling under the “current” of life. The more we rehash the story the less focused we our on our journey. We get stuck in the “repeat mode”. What I call the “Hamster Wheel.” Removing the story helps release resistance and can helps us get clear about our needs and desires.


6. Understanding the Universal Laws

The world we live in has a very specific way that it works. All things are bound by these scientific forces. You will learn about these laws and in their understanding, be able to use them to 100% create the life you are seeking. We will identify and learn about just a few of them and with this knowledge you will soar to heights never expected.


7. The Role of Energy in Transformation

Everything we see, touch, and feel is made out of energy and vibrations and through intention we can use this to help remove energetic congestion and relax to the point where healing can begin. Whether it be physical, mental, or emotional, you will learn how basic energy fits into the equation and how you can use it to your advantage.


8. The Role of Simple Gratitude and Appreciation

Gratitude is the quickest way to raise your vibration and start manifesting your desires. When we have simple daily successes it is vital that we take a moment to appreciate those successes and be grateful for the world around us and within us. The key here is to transition from the act of gratitude to “being” of appreciation of what is.


9. Daily Success Habits

These are tools that you can add into your daily routine that help you maintain a higher vibration and put you into a more positive and productive mindset. The simple tools you will learn will help quiet the mind and serve as an essential vehicle to get yourself back on track and maintain forward progress.


10. Meditation and Self-Care

Although these are considered part of a successful daily routine, I’ve chosen to set these two apart from the other daily success habits. I’ve done this because there will be a little bit more focus on these practices. Meditation helps in all areas of transformation, from quieting the mind and relieving stress to a simple way to connect with God or your Higher Self. You will learn different types of meditation so you can confidently add this to your “toolbox”. Self-Care is a different type of meditation. It can be as simple as pampering yourself to a bath or a spa treatment to just sitting quietly with your hands resting on your heart. Self-Care is incredibly important. Many of us give, give, give and deplete our resources. Self-care can recharge us as we go through each day. It is also the best way to show self-love, to honor and respect ourselves. We are no good to those around us if we are drained and depleted.


11. Understanding Your Value and Purpose

This is a biggie! We are all valuable in our own unique way. We wouldn’t be here if we weren’t. We all have a purpose and understanding that can help us change perspective and relate to ourselves and others in extraordinary ways. As Deepak Chopra has said, “There are no extra pieces in the universe. Everyone is here because he or she has a place to fill, and every piece must fit itself into the big jigsaw puzzle.” Knowing your purpose will give you the strength and the will to do what must be done.


12. Knowing Your Divine Purpose

This goes even deeper into you learning your value. We are all Divine, we are all an essential part of this Divine collective on this planet, in this day, and in this time. With this system, you will rediscover that Divine presence that already resides in each one of us and learn to rest in that knowing. We will examine the things that “light up your soul” and help you to find ways to incorporate that in your daily lives so you can truly fulfill the Divine purpose of your soul and help to heal others in the Divine collective and bring compassion and love to this planet.
